Delivery and returns


Packages are generally sent in 2 days following the payment. We propose Colissimo or UPS services with a tracking number (signature required). Whatever shipping service chosen, we send you a tracking number.

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs. Those are fixed, whereas delivery costs depend on the weight of the package. We recommand to group all your articles in one single order. Your package is sent to your own risks, but a particular attention is drawn to the protection of your articles.

For deliveries outside European Union, custom fees can be charge to the customer. 


Except preparation mistake, return shipping fees are paid by the customer.

With the exception of defective items, all returned items must be received in their original unused condition to be considered for a refund or exchange, accompanied by packagings and labels.

Be careful, the shoes should be :

  • Not worn, especially soles mustn't have any marks.
  • Returned in their original packaging as new condition.

We recommand to send us articles by registered package with acknowledgement of receipt.
Otherwise, LODING can not be responsible in case of loss and can not proceed to refund or exchange..

For return from countries outside the European Union

  • For customs form you need to fill, please indicate "Return"
  • Add a copy of the custom fees paper you received with your package, indicating you already paid custom fees.

If these conditions aren't respected, LodinG reserves the right to refuse the package which will be returned to its sender.


For exchange, we send package at our own expense.
